e350 7.3 power distribution box I can’t find the fuse box under the hood (power distribution box) to find the relay for the idm. I looked by the drivers side battery. Only thing I found was 5 ry214 relays which I just ordered all 5 to replace. While Craftsman doesn’t specify what gauge of steel they’re using, it has very minimal flex and is very stout. The fasteners are par for the course, and all nameplates for the feet are welded nicely. The paint is also nicely done with no weak spray areas.

For your light problem, I would check the light switch first and see if there's any power coming into it. If yes, the switch is shot. If no, go from there and work your way to the inside fuse box below the drivers side knee panel. I started with 2 pieces of 1 1/4 inch wide flat steel (1/4 inch thick) and 2 pieces of 1 1/4 angle iron pieces all 24 1/2 inches in length.I also opted to use a 3/8" round stock the same length and have it welded on the inside corner of the angle iron.
