The metal conduit is grounded at the breaker box, and the first box is grounded. The second obviously isn't. What I'd like to do is: -Replace the first metal box and outlet. Use wire clamps to ensure the box is grounded. -Replace the metal conduit going to the second box with Romex. Attach the ground wire in the Romex to both boxes to ground .
