I think you have to DIY a custom made oven or broiler if you want a full length enclosure. Or a regular size oven if you do an enclosure in two parts.
The key is to work fast and cool quickly. Have a freezer towel or something really cold to cool the sheet quickly. Also if you have sharp transitions in the mold drill a small pin .

Bleeder layer above the peel ply to soak up the excess resin. A bunch near the vacuum tube / connector to soak any that gets near. I gave up on fancy vacuum tube . I used 0.080 inch Kydex sheet and heated it in the oven then pressed it with a homemade press. Learned a lot and figured I would share for anyone that wants to try something similar.

Depending on how many lights you already bought you could buy the ones that already have a tiny junction box to put the wire in. You want the hardwired variety of under cabinet lights. As said, a junction box. I would add a GFI outlet in the box and run the load to the light from there.
