You can also use these when converting Early model cars (1982-1987) to Late model plastic or Mtech2 bumper- will need some custom metal work and modifications to fit.Front bumper mounting brackets + hardware for late model E30. Includes the side brackets that allow to mount plastic front bumper (or Mtech 2 front bumper) to the fenders (see last picture) and other hardware (clips, nuts, bolts etc)- see the pictures.
I've noticed that some e30's (non-M models) have what looks to be a one-piece plastic front bumper assembly. Has anyone converted this to fit on an e21??? I think it would make a great project if the bumper was sourced cheaply from a junkyard.
you need the valance itself and the mounting brackets that attach it to the metal front sub chassis or whatever you want to call it. and hardware of course. the brackets are hard to find these days. some people have reproduced them with 3d printers. if your good with metal you could probably make your own. You don't need to weld on the rear valance, but you do need to cut up and plastic weld the bumper. A bumper tuck is where the diving board bumper's (like on your 3325e) shock absorbers are modified (I think) so that the bumpers don't stick out so far.
