Hello Mike, I typed this text in Aspire using normal Times New Roman font. The red circles show how the toolpath makes round corners out of perfect angled corners. 1.jpg. Guys: I have to say that if you are getting dust while cutting corian you have the feed or speed wrong. You need to see flakes flying out, that's what carries the heat away. I've gone thru over 600 sink and stove cutoffs making plaques. and outdoor signs so I know flakes helps your tool bits last way longer than dust.
